Product Range

Astropol Ltd's core business is to offer PVC carrier based key additive formulations to the PVC processing industry in all its forms. Primarily these key additives are colour systems, but can include for example, blowing agents, antimicrobials etc.

It is our philosophy that the addition of PVC systems into PVC compounds is always the superior approach. All colour matching for our products is conducted using modern spectrophotometer's working to tight Delta E tolerances.

The Astrobatch range - nominal 3mm diameter pellets

The Astromicro range - nominal 2mm diameter pellets

The Astroblend range - Powder pigment preparations in post weighed packs or in bulk.

The Astrocom range - PVC compounds, flexible and rigid in both pellet and powder blend forms.

Toners for colour correction purposes, offered in pellet (Astrobatch and Astromicro) or powder (Astroblend) form

General services, which include Toll mixing, Toll extrusion and Toll packaging.

Although our company focus is primarily on the PVC industry.

We also offer mixing, both high and low speed of other powder substances for alternative industry requirements.
